How to request after-sales service
1. Counseling
We will check the current condition of the item and propose the best repair method based on the customer's request.

2. Keeping
Please send your jewelry to the workshop. A dedicated craftsman will check the condition of the jewelry again and decide on the repair details. We will contact you and if there is no problem, we will begin repair work.

3. Repair
Our skilled craftsmen exclusively at Atelier Milanese Japan will be consistently in charge of all processes.
We carefully finish it with strength and design, including resizing, repolishing, and stone fastening.
4.W inspection
Once the jewelry has been repaired, two staff members have double-checked to ensure that there are no oversights. We carefully check multiple quality of each piece of jewelry. We will do our best to ensure that your precious jewelry returns to its best.

Free maintenance (free)
We use jewelry cloths exclusively for Atelier Milanese Japan, polishing and a special ultrasonic cleaner to revive the brilliance of the diamonds and the base metal itself.
*Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will cover the return shipping costs.
We check for any distortion in the base metal, including loose diamonds and melee diamonds that are held together. If there is a problem, we will consult you and fix it.

Up or down the size.
If necessary, use additional metal to maintain strength.
Resizing up to ±2 sizes within one month of purchase is free.

Small scratches and large scratches can damage the shine. Repolishing it will bring back a shiny shine like new.

For everyday use, the elliptical ring is made into a perfect circle and polished to the same as new. If the condition is mild, we will fix it for free by using other services at the same time.

Atelier Milanese Japan is a ring that is resistant to deformation, as areas that have been stretched may break "away" and are resistant to deformation.
Rings made from highly hard materials are less likely to deform, so we use Hard Platinum Pt950, which is harder than the typical platinum at Atelier Milanese Japan.
In order to maximize the beautiful silvery white shine, it contains 95% rare platinum, and the remaining 5% is applied with a unique blend to increase the hardness.
In this way, Atelier Milanese is particular about all the materials used and delivers the highest quality rings.
